Dramas from Pakistan are viewed globally. Dramas appeal to audiences because of their realistic acting and makeup, compelling scripts, and limited amount of episodes. As the season draws to a close and certain programmes are fading into obscurity, a new wave of Pakistani dramas is poised to premiere on television. The Top Upcoming Pakistani Dramas for 2024 are listed below:

1. Sun Mere Dil:

A hugely expensive drama called Sun Mere Dil will shortly air on Geo. Given that the main cast includes Usama Khan, Wahaj Ali, Maya Ali, and Hira Mani, it has a tonne of celebrity support. Haseeb Hassan is the director, and Khalil ur Rehman Qamar is the writer of the drama.

2. Gentleman:

Another massive production that will be shown on Green TV is Gentleman. Major characters in the drama include Humayun Saeed, Adnan Siddiqui, Zahid Ahmed, Ahmed Ali Butt, Yumna Zaidi, and Sohai Ali Abro. Haissam Hussain is in charge of this project, which is another one by Khalil ur Rehman Qamar.

3. Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo:

Written by Farhat Ishtiaq, Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo has almost all of the biggest names in the business. With a cast that includes Mahira Khan, Fawad Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Maya Ali, Iqra Aziz, Ahad Raza Mir, Khushhal Khan, Bilal Ashraf, Hania Aamir, and many more, it is Pakistan's first Netflix series.

4. Teri Meri Kahani:

This time around, Hania Aamir is playing the lead role in Fahad Mustafa's television comeback. Teri Meri Kahani is the title of the drama, which was directed by Badar Mehmood and written by Farhat Ishtiaq.

5. Radd:

Another Hollywood celebrity is joining Radd on the drama screen. Also available are Radd's teasers. Arsalan Naseer, Hiba Bukhari, and Sheheryar Munawar will play the key parts. Syra Yousuf was meant to play the drama, but she eventually withdrew, leaving Hiba to take over. Ahmed Bhatti is the director, and Sanam Mehdi Zaryab is the writer.

6. Jaffa:

Jaffa also features a powerful ensemble of stars. The main cast includes Mohib Mirza, Usman Mukhtar, Sehar Khan, and Mawra Hocane. Danish Nawaz is the director, and it will premiere on Hum TV.

7. Ghair:

Another well-known one that will air on ARY is Ghair. Adeel Hussain, Usama Khan, and Ushna Shah play the main roles in the drama. Yasir Nawaz is the director of Ghair, which was written by Zanjabeel Asim Shah.

8. Noor Jehan:

Another ARY project, Noor Jehan, stars Kubra Khan, Ali Rehman Khan, and Noor Hassan in the key parts. Musaddiq Malik is the director and Zanjabeel Asim Shah is the writer of the drama.

9. Parindey:

The main cast of Hum TV's new drama Parindey includes Azaan Sami Khan, Kinza Hashmi, and Zaviyar Nauman Ijaz. Aabis Raza will helm the play, which was penned by Bee Gul.

10. Teri Chaon Main:

Danish Taimoor, who recently made waves on social media, will co-star in another drama on Hum TV with Laiba Khurram.

11. Sargoshiyan:

The drama on Green TV that airs soon features Imran Abbas and Sadia Khan reuniting after ten years apart. Edison Idress Maseeh wrote the drama, while Fahim Burney directed it.

12. Let’s Try Muhabbat:

Danyal Zafar, Mawra Hocane, and Gohar Rasheed are the main actors in Let's Try Muhabbat. Angeline Malik is directing the drama, which is slated to be a miniseries.

13. Haroon Kadwani-Komal Meer:

Haroon Kadwani was last seen in Jhoom alongside Zara Noor Abbas and now he will be coming back on Geo TV with Komal Meer. It is written by Nooran Makhdoom and the director is Syed Wajahat Hussain.

14. Jaan Se Pyara Joni:

Jaan Se Pyara Joni will star Hira Mani, Mamya Shajaffar and Zahid Ahmed. It is written by Aliya Bukhari and directed by Meer Sikandar. It will be airing soon after Eid.

15. Eyyubi:

Turkish-Pakistani joint production Selahuddin Eyyibi will soon air on Hum TV.

16. Jaan Nisar:

Jaan Nisar is another upcoming project starring Danish Taimoor and Hiba Bukhari. This will bring the Deewangi hit pair back on television. Written by Rehana Aftab and directed by Mohsin Mirza, it will air on Geo.

17.Zard Patton Ka Band:

Zard Patton Ka Band stars Sajal Aly and Hamza Sohail in lead roles. The drama is written by Mustafa Afridi and directed by Saife Hassan. It will air on Hum TV.
