SeePrime has published the silent film ‘Judgemental’ on Youtube, starring Javed Sheikh, Meera, and Javeria Saud.
The film ‘Judgmental’ tells the narrative of Jaffar, who encounters a beautiful woman on the highway. While the two are initially drawn to each other, the silence quickly becomes a source of contention as the two form stereotype-based assumptions about each other.
See Prime takes pleasure in “creating original programming that entertains everyone,” according to Seemeen Naveed, executive producer. “We are ecstatic to finally premiere Pakistan’s first silent short film. “I think the notion is so interesting,” she said, “that there is a lot that can be expressed without saying anything at all.”
The film, written by Saud Qasmi and directed by Awais Salman, is a lighthearted look at nonverbal communication and its importance in our lives. Javeria Saud and Ali Hussain collaborated on the film Judgemental.
