CM, Shahbaz Sharf, renamed Sialkot medical college after the chairman of Zia's Majlis-e-Shura' and has given it a new name as Kh. Muhammad Safdar Medical College Sialkot.
The life time achievement of this khawaja was being the chairman of Majlis-e-Shura' of Gen Zia & nothing else.
what an award after death for this acheivement & its value is further enhnaced when this honor is being given by the "icons of today's democracy".
