Our system is corrupt from the roots?

Well the islamic teachings tell us that in order to find solutions to problems we must use logic and start from the root of the problem.
We have problems of Loadshedding, food crisis, unemployment, inflation, balance of payment deficits. All these problems have the same roots so they are all related in a way and possible there is only one solution for all these problems.
In a democratic system anyone with the ability to work for his country can become prime minister but not in this country. Why because this is not a democracy its a plutocracy. In a plutocracy the people with money rule the country. In simple words if you do not have money you cant be prime minister or any minister. I have a few relatives who are MPAs, they offered my older brother to stand in elections but i was disgusted when I found out the precedure of elections here.

If you are looking for a MPA seat then you must hav about 1crore to 5crore rupees, you call this democracy. If I have 1crore rupees in my bank and i spend it on the election process and win, where will i get my 1 crore rupees back from? Obviously corruption, with this mindset and system how is it possible that our ministers will be worried about the problems this country is facing rather than worrying their investment in election.
They can not only recover the 1crore but lots more. 100% investment recover + many times more profit in 5 year time is one of the best business investment in world.
I think we need to change our system, the world is laughing at us. USA has a constitution of about 25-30 pages compared to indias 5000 pages. But personally I think the US constitution is a masterpiece theres alot that we can learn from it.
